I was disappointed by the person who checked me in, he stated that I didn't need an oil change as my mileage was only around 3400 miles and they generally don't do them until 5000 miles. However my vehicle was stating that it required an oil change.

I brought the car in the night before so it would be cool for an 8:00 am appointment. They replaced the thermostat unit and called me at 11:30 to say it was finished. My wife and I came in to pick up the Buick. Three days later there are no issues and car still runs well.

Vehicle was brought in for 5000 mile service . lube oil filter and tire rotation. I also noted to the service department that I had had to add three quarts of oil to the engine already . I had checked for leaks and could not find any . After service I was told that I needed to drive my truck 2000 miles and return to the dealership so a tech could check the oil consumption. It should be noted that it is over an hour drive from my home to the dealership. I have not driven the required 2000 miles yet or returned to the dealer for and updated check.

Made the appointment online, had 3-5 day out availability which was a little disappointing, but understandable given everyone getting their vehicles ready for winter. On the day of my appt I was there for about an hour and a half. Staff was nice, especially Scott. He was knowledgeable and on top of things. Will absolutely continue bringing my vehicle there! I'll take the little wait for an appointment over shoddy service any day.
